Emerald Cottages of Waco

Description:

Emerald Cottages of Waco consists of three independently owned facilities designed to present an overall campus with common theme and architectural treatments.  The project consists of Emerald Cottages independent Living, Arbor House Assisted Living, and The Brazos Skilled Nursing Center.  Barron-Stark Engineers provided platting and site infrastructure design for each of the  three facilities.
